Every network marketers website needs to be unique and able to give visitors what they want in the easiest and most efficient manner possible.

If you’re familiar with WordPress, you’ve probably done a search for a WordPress MLM Plugin and didn’t come across what you were looking for. Not to mention there are literally hundreds of thousands of plugins available that can do all kinds of “magic tricks” for your network marketing website and brand.

Plugins are able to simplify tasks, correct errors, collect email address, identify visitors,  and so much more.

But if you’re a fan of automation, WordPress MLM Plugins just don’t do the job.

For that task, you need to employ tools that automate your marketing and free up your time to follow-up with prospects or contact new leads.

In this article, I’m going to go over 7 tools and plugins for network marketers that we use on 99% of our client’s websites. They all offer a 100% free version and are available for you to start using today.

1. Zendesk

All network marketing websites need to be able to communicate with their visitors.

Zendesk is a chat tool that has both free and paid versions and is used by companies like Uber, Slack, Shopify and Box.

It’s not a WordPress plugin, but once you visit the website and configure your chat box, all you need to do is paste one snippet of code into your WordPress website and your new live chat box will be visible on all the pages of your website (including the mobile version.)

Almost every network marketing website that we build for clients includes this tool simply because of how easily it allows you to interact with people who are on your website in real-time (please avoid doing spooky stuff to your visitors).

Having a chat widget visible on every page of your website encourages visitors to ask questions and send messages to you instantly.

Benefits of having a real-time chat tool on your website include;

  • Building immediate rapport with your visitors
  • Answering questions immediately
  • No need to set up an email auto-responder sequence

What we’ve found is that anytime a visitor interacts with the chat box on a website, they are usually inquiring about products or services and are highly interested in what you offer.

Zendesk even keeps track of that visitors IP address and allows you to save notes about that chat conversation.

So if you’ve chatted with a visitor before, the info you entered info will populate for you the next time they are on your website.

This is a golden opportunity to introduce yourself and begin building that relationship by providing immediate answers and value to that person.

We’ve found this technique to be so effective that some of our clients business partners and leads simply go back to the website to ask questions instead of calling or emailing.

2. MailMunch

MailMunch is a free WordPress plugin for network marketing websites that allows you to configure and create high-quality lead magnets, pop-ups, email opt-ins and landing pages.

One of the biggest mistakes we see network marketers make with their website is failing to offer something in exchange for an email address.

Unlike Zendesk, anytime a visitor engages with MailMunch, they are instantly added to an email autoresponder list and sent a series of emails.

What I really like about Grammarly is that it even offers advanced suggestions whenever it notices you have a grammar error in your writing.

This tool has saved us from many embarrassing and possibly costly errors over the years.

By being able to catch errors in real-time, instead of having to wait until you hit the publish button, Grammarly actually speeds up the workflow and gives you confidence that by the time you write your last sentence–every misspelling, error, and typo has already been corrected.

4. Easy Facebook Likebox

With a reach of over 1 billion people, Facebook is definitely the best place to share and post your website content.

All network marketing websites need a way for their visitors to stay in touch and installing the Facebook Likebox WordPress plugin accomplishes that beautifully.

Your visitors will instantly be able to see other friends who LIKE your page and have easy access to LIKE the page themselves.

No matter whether you have thousands of followers or only a handful, the Facebook Likebox on your website will allow people to learn more about who you are with a simple click.

Buffer is a social media management tool that offers a free version and a paid version.

I consider Buffer the ultimate time saver when it comes to posting on social media.

Instead of having to log into each individual network, upload a photo and write a witty caption, you can simply write your witty caption, upload your photo, select the networks you would like to post to and click post.

Buffer will automatically post your content to all the networks and save you hours of time each month.

Buffer also allows you to schedule posts in advance. The free version only allows you to schedule up to 10 posts, and the paid version gives you unlimited range.

The ability to integrate other automation tools into Buffer is what makes this tool truly stand-out.


IFTTT (If This, Then That) is an amazing tool with endless possibilities.

Just like the name indicates, this tool lets you set up chain reaction sequences for all of your marketing efforts online.

You can set up what they call recipes, which are events triggered by an initial action you take.

For example, you can set up what they call a “recipe” that causes anything you post on Twitter to automatically be posted Facebook then posted to your Pinterest Board then posted on your LinkedIn page.

IFTTT truly is a game changer when you dig into the tool and realize what it’s capable of.

There are some very unique and interesting combinations you can come up with.

For example, we use IFTTT to post to all of our secondary social media channels at the same time.

I setup a recipe so that if Buffer posts to the Blog Setup Tips Instagram page, then it triggers a post to Medium, Tumblr, my personal Facebook page, my personal Twitter account and a Pinterest board.

The platform even integrates into WordPress very nicely.

This tool is an incredible time saver that allows you to seem as if you’re everywhere at all times.

7. Viral Content Bee

All network marketing websites need traffic and Viral Content Bee is awesome for getting free traffic and shares of your content.

This tool is used by Entrepreneur.com and other major publications around the net to reach audiences that might have never heard about them otherwise.

You simply create a free account and submit your WordPress articles for sharing. People will share your newest blog post to earn credits.

The more you share the articles of others, the more credits you earn.

Credits are used to push your articles onto the front page of the website.

So, as the name implies, you can imagine the possibilities of going viral by simply pushing your new articles to the front page to be viewed & shared by thousands of their users at the right time.
